A remittance brand, blocked in four spellings
Tahweel is Arabic for money transfer. Four transliterations were registered within one second of each other in September 2015 and all four are now suspended.
Consistent with the hypothesis but explainable other ways. Do not rely on it.
Alongside smartmoney.sy this is the only financial-services thread in the estate, and nothing has been recovered about what the business was or whether it ever operated.
Given the sanctions context, informal value transfer is the sector where it would matter most. This is the highest-value unexplored lead in the file.
