Jupiter for Investment and Tourism

Also: Jupiter Rent-a-Car

Named in the EU/UK designation of Mohammed Hamcho. Two domains — jupiter-hi.com and jupiterrentacar.com — carry its mail on the estate's corporate mail server, matching the car-rental business line in OFAC's designation narrative. OCCRP/SIRAJ reporting (Oct 2022, drawing on an SLDP/OPEN study) separately names "Jupiter for Investments SA" as a recipient of over $500,000 in UNICEF procurement money for "management and admin services," owned by relatives of Mohammed Hamcho, "including four who are under sanctions."

Confidence
Multiple independent technical or documentary indicators agree, with no contrary evidence.

OCCRP's "Jupiter for Investments SA" is not confirmed as the same legal entity as this "Jupiter for Investment and Tourism" — possibly a distinct vehicle, not merged without more evidence. Ahmad Saber Hamcho's directory profile names him a founding 11% (1,100-share) partner of شركة جوبيتر للاستثمارات — the first shareholder-level corroboration of the sons' ownership. OCCRP's "four" sanctioned relative-owners are now all documented here: Ahmad, Amr, Ali Mohamad Hamcho, and Emad Hamsho.
