# El-Msadi Online Register

> The sanctions listing is public record. This is a sourced, confidence-rated map of the corporate, web and family infrastructure behind it.

This is a static, sourced, confidence-rated register of the corporate and web
infrastructure behind a sanctioned Syrian business group — not a claim of
ownership by itself. The one rule that governs every record: shared
infrastructure (DNS, WHOIS, reverse-IP) proves a shared *operator*, never a
shared *owner*. A claim is rated `confirmed` only where a party's own filing,
site or an official designation says so directly; everything inferred from
infrastructure alone is rated `strong` or `suggestive`, however suggestive
the pattern feels. See https://elmsadi.syriacommons.com/method/ for the full method and what each
confidence rating means.
